Marriage License Application Process

  1. Complete the Application: Fill out the marriage license application and bring two pieces of valid government-issued ID to your appointment. We do not accept photocopies or electronic images. If you’ve had a foreign divorce, contact ServiceOntario to obtain a foreign divorce authorization letter. All identification must be in English or must be accompanied by a certified translation.

  2. Schedule Your Appointment: After booking your appointment, you will be contacted to confirm your in-person appointment at the Township Office to provide your documents, sign, and pay for the license.
