Class Descriptions

Body Balance
This low-impact, whole body group fitness workout is designed to boost fitness and core strength. This class will include use of free weights and resistance training.

 
Body Blast
A class that strengthens and tones your entire body, challenges all of your major muscle groups and uses the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.

 
Power Step
A 60 min step program designed to push your cardio edge into high gear and attack the legs in every plane of motion, both on the step and the floor.​

 

 
Bootcamp / Conditioning
A program of fitness instruction and team motivation. Exercises include: calisthenics, short distance running/walking, body weight resistance training, weight training, jump roping, crunches, obstacle courses, hill running/walking, hiking, agility and power drills, sports drills, stair climbing and partner drills

 
Hatha Yoga
Experience Hatha Yoga for wellness of mind and body. Poses (asanas) are practiced to improve strength, balance, flexibility, mobility and alignment. Soothe your body and calm your mind. All levels welcomed.


 
Spin Class
This class includes warm-up, cardio, cool-down and stretching with the emphasis is on providing a fun and effective workout for all fitness levels. The instructor incorporates basic to intermediate techniques with a focus on proper form and offers more challenging options for experienced participants.

 
Yoga Flow
Features fluent transitions and repetitions for each pose. A strong class with challenging poses and pace for advanced beginners or intermediate students.

 
Zumba
ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.​​

 

 
High Intensity Interval Training
 HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. Also known as sprint training, it is a total body workout that will push you to your limits for short bursts, followed by recovery. This work-and-rest format will get your heart rate up and challenge your muscles like never before. Expect to see jump squats, burpees, body weight exercises and more!​

 

 
Pilates
Learn the fundamentals of proper Pilates technique. This Pilates program encourage strong abdominals, spine and pain free shoulders, hips and back.​
