The Township of King has received applications to amend the King City Community Plan (OPA540) and the Schomberg and King City Zoning By-law 2017-66 to provide for the re-development of the subject property consisting of a 6-storey building containing 78 residential units with a floor space index of 2.38, submitted to the Township of King in accordance with Sections 17 and 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.13, as amended.

The Township has determined that the applications are considered complete, and the Planning Division has commenced processing. We welcome your comments regarding these applications.
