Cold Creek Conservation Area
Check out the Amazing Ways You Can Enjoy Cold Creek!Hike 6.1 km of trails in this beautiful conservation area located just west of Nobleton. Test your sense of adventure on the high ropes and rock climbing wall. New to Cold Creek is the introduction of an 18 hole disc golf course! The course features a variety of holes ranging from forested to open grass prairies with varying elevation changes. Cold Creek Conservation Area is located 3.5 km north of King Rd. on 11th Concession, south of the 16th Side Road in Nobleton, ON. |

Get close to nature. Hike in any season.With a total area of 339 km2 the Township is home to some of the province’s most scenic landscapes and country sides. The Township falls within the Greenbelt and Oak Ridges Moraine and possesses a large amount of natural and ecological significance. King Township’s diverse landscape provides users with a variety of different ecosystems to explore. There is over 100 kilometres of public trails situated within the Township of King. Some are even maintained in the winter! |

King has wonderful birdwatching opportunities all over the Township. One place in particular where there is spectacular birdwatching is in Schomberg. You can make a day of it with visits to a migratory pond and the Dufferin Marsh, and top it off with a gourmet coffee or terrific meal. |
