All appeals filed with the Ontario Land Tribunal (“OLT”) must also submit the Clerk’s Division 2024 Administrative Processing fee of $250.00 per application and the Planning Division’s 2024 Administrative Processing fee of $412.00 per application. The appeal fees may be paid by completing the online form linked below. Please note that the appeal package must be filed with the OLT and the Township fees must be paid on or before the last day of appeal as noted on the Planning Notice.
