A pool permit is required in order to have a pool in the Township of King.

Via Moto Phase 1 – Pilot Project
Please see attached documents HERE and HERE pertaining to pool permit applications for properties located in Via Moto Phase 1.
Pool permits will be submitted as a regular application, and follow the same process as applications for assumed subdivisions. Additional items needed are as follows:
• Pool Permits for a property will not be issued until the Final Lot Grading Certificate has been submitted by the Developer.
• Property Owner and Pool Contractor shall participate in a pre-construction meeting with the Township and the Developer.
• Property Owner and Pool Contractor agree to the designated equipment and staging area determined by the Township and the Developer.
