King receives $350,563 from Province to modernize Land Manager System

The Ontario government is providing over $28 million to help 322 small and rural municipalities find better and more efficient ways to deliver local services for residents and businesses.

More than $350,000 funding is being delivered to King Township through the Municipal Modernization Program and will support the modernization of its Land Manager System.

“The Township of King is pleased to be a part of the Province’s Municipal Modernization Program, which supports small and rural municipalities across the province, said Mayor Steve Pellegrini, Township of King. “The contribution to King from the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing will benefit people in King as we make improvements to our Building, Planning, Bylaw, and Recreation systems, resulting in improved services.”
