Council of the Township of King are now accepting nominations for awards to recognize volunteer contributions and achievements in the following categories:
- Citizen of the Year
- Special Recognition
- Special Recognition: Non-resident of King
- Lifetime Achievement
- Senior Citizen Award of Merit
- Youth Award of Merit
Nominations for volunteer awards must be submitted on the Volunteer Recognition Award Nomination Form and will be received by the undersigned by mail, or email at clerks@king.ca until 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 16th, 2022. The nomination form and further information regarding the criteria for each category is available on the Township website at www.king.ca , under Volunteer Appreciation, or by emailing clerks@king.ca .
