The construction works to the watermain on Brownsville Crt. in Schomberg are now mostly complete, with the exception of minor deficiencies and the top asphalt, which will be completed next year.
The contractor is responsible for maintaining and watering the sod for 30 days after installation (starting August 24, 2021). Once the 30-day maintenance period nears completion, (September 23, 2021) an inspection will be completed. If no deficiencies are noted, all maintenance and watering responsibilities will then be transferred to the homeowners.
