18th Sideroad opened ahead of schedule after emergency culvert repairs

Emergency work on a cross culvert on the 18th Sideroad has been completed ahead of schedule and the road is now fully reopened.

The 18th Sideroad between Highway 27 and the 10th Concession was closed on Monday, July 29 to replace a failing cross culvert that posed a safety risk due to its deterioration. It was scheduled to be closed until Friday, Aug. 2 but Trisan Construction finished the repair work earlier than anticipated.
