Calling all tree-lovers! Join LEAF for a family-friendly afternoon of planting native trees and shrubs in Tasca Community Park. Dig into some fun and help grow the Township of King’s urban forest!
Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Planting event will take place from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Please wear:
- Closed-toed shoes or boots – no sandals, please!
- Gardening gloves, if you have them (we will have extras)
- Appropriate clothing – the event runs rain or shine
Please bring multiple filled water bottles (there will be no water refill station on site).
