Committee meetings are being held in a hybrid format being; remotely (virtually) and in-person and are NOT live-streamed.
To Speak to Committee in-person, you must pre-register with the Committee Staff Liaison at 905-833-4068 or email dmoratto@king.ca no later than the 12:00 p.m. (noon) deadline on the day prior to the meeting. Provide your full name, address, telephone number and the item you wish to speak to along with a copy of your speaking notes.
To Speak to Committee Virtually you must pre-register and advise whether you wish to speak by video (through a computer or app) or by phone live during the meeting by contacting the Committee Staff Liaison at 905-833-4068 or email dmoratto@king.ca by the 12:00 p.m. (noon) deadline on the day prior to the meeting. Provide your full name, address, telephone number and the item you wish to speak to along with a copy of your speaking notes. Upon receipt of your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for participating. All comments addressed to Committee will form part of the public record.
