Construction notice: Residents of Schomberg can expect to see some minor road work and temporary traffic disruption at 66 Main Street, commencing November 6 through to November 20. The site work is required to connect water and sewage services to accommodate for future development.
During construction, only one lane will be open to traffic between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. and traffic controllers will be on-site. Both lanes will re-open outside of these hours. The southside sidewalk will remain open during the course of construction to allow the safe and uninterrupted passage of students to and from Schomberg Public School.
Every effort will be made to minimize disturbance to residents and expedite completion of the work.
