York Region is upgrading the King City Sewage Pumping Station located at 2375 King Road in the community of King City. The work will expand capacity, extend the service life of the sewage pumping station, and make sure critical wastewater services are continually provided to the community.
When: December 2022 to fall 2023
What Can You Expect:
• Upgrade work is limited to the sewage pumping station; however, there maybe increased construction-related traffic in and out of the facility
• There will be some construction-related noise from the equipment and trucks,though every effort to minimize this will be made
• Access to all homes and buildings will be maintained
• There will be no impact to wastewater services
