Notice of Proposed Draft Plan of Condominium – Standard

The Corporation of the Township of King has received an application  for a Draft Plan of Condominium and will consider the proposed application under Section 51 of the Planning Act, on the following date:

                                                        Monday, March 17, 2025; 6:00 PM

                                                2585 King Road, King City, Ontario L7B 1A1

The proposed Draft Plan of Condominium application, submitted by 66 Main St. Developments Inc. under Planning File 19CDM-21-K01, concerns a parcel of land on the north side of Main Street, west of Highway 27 in the Village of Schomberg, as shown in the map below. The lands are legally described as Plan 87, Part Lot 3, and municipally known as 66 Main Street.

Proposal

The application for Draft Plan of Condominium proposes to create a Standard Condominium containing 24 townhouse units, which will include the applicable front, rear and side yards, while the drive aisle, visitor parking, sidewalks, community mail box, transformers and entrance features will be identified as common elements.

The lands were the subject of an approved Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Development applications under planning files Z-2017-04 and SPD-17-53.
