The Township Planning Division has requested that the Applicant for the above noted Planning Application participate in hosting a Public Information Consultation for the purposes of providing an update with respect to the proposed development.
The subject lands are located on the east side of Main Street, south of Dr. Kay Drive and are identified on the attached map. The proposed development concerns a 6-storey apartment building, containing 99 units and the retention of the heritage dwelling for commercial purposes.
The statutory Public Meeting for the Zoning By-law Amendment occurred back on May 2nd, 2022, and several submissions have been received by the Township for review and comment. Given the amount of time that has past, it is appropriate for the public and interested parties to receive an update with respect to the Application.
The Public Information Consultation will be held:
Wednesday, April 30, 2025; 6:00 to 8:00pm
Schomberg Community Hall – Upper Hall
