Take Notice that the Township of King has deemed the application for a proposed amendment to the Township of King Rural Zoning By-law 2022-053, as amended, to facilitate a re-development on the properties outlined below to be withdrawn.
The Township of King Planning Division has been advised by the owner that they wish to withdraw their Planning Act application (Zoning By-law Amendment Application, File No. Z-2024-13). By way of this notice and at the request of the owner, the Planning Division has now deemed the above noted file to be formally closed. Should the applicant decide to re-initiate and open the application files, the applicant shall be required to contact the Township Planning Division Staff to submit a new application.
