                                          Notice of Proposed Draft Plan of Condominium – Standard

The Corporation of the Township of King has received an application  for a Draft Plan of Condominium and will consider the proposed application under Section 51 of the Planning Act, on the following date:

                                                                   Monday, March 17, 2025; 6:00 PM

                                                            2585 King Road, King City, Ontario L7B 1A1

The proposed Draft Plan of Condominium application, submitted by Zancor Homes (King Cort) Ltd. under Planning File 19CDM-24-K01, concerns a parcel of land on the southeast corner of King Road and Banner Lane in the Village of King City, as shown in the map below. The lands are legally described as Part Lot 5, Concession 3, and municipally known as 2075 King Road.

Proposal

The application for Draft Plan of Condominium proposes to create a Standard Condominium containing a total of 284 apartment units, one guest unit together with 349 resident parking spaces and 288 lockers.

The lands were the subject of an approved Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Development applications under planning files Z-2019-08 and SPD-20-26.
