                                        Notice of Proposed  Draft Plan of Condominium – Standard

The Corporation of the Township of King has received an application  for a Draft Plan of Condominium and will consider the proposed application under Section 51 of the Planning Act, on the following date:

                                                           Monday, March 17, 2025; 6:00 PM

                                                        Council Chambers; Township of King

                                                   2585 King Road, King City, Ontario L7B 1A1

The proposed Draft Plan of Condominium application, submitted by Camcos (King) Inc. under Planning File 19CDM-24-K02, concerns a parcel of land on the north east corner of Keele Street and Dennison Street in the Village of King City, as shown in the map below. The lands are legally described as Block 2 on Plan 65M4757 and municipally known as 13151 to 13211 Keele Street.

Proposal

The application for Draft Plan of Condominium proposes to create a Common Element Condominium to place shared ownership of the lands constituting as the private laneway into a Condominium form of ownership. The development consists of 48 townhouse units together with 12 Rear Garden galleries that will become individual parcels through a related application for Part Lot Control Exemption (file# PLC-2024-01).

The lands were the subject of an approved Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Development applications under planning files Z-2021-08 and SPD-20-16 and SPD-21-49.
